We offer comprehensive plumbing and refrigerated air conditioning services. Whether you need a new installation or repair on an existing system we can help you.
Pat began his 18-year career in the domestic plumbing industry in Albury Wodonga.
After completing his apprenticeship, Pat relocated to Melbourne and expanded his knowledge in commercial plumbing while employed with D&E Air Conditioning. In this role he also completed a dual trade in refrigeration.
In 2014 Pat was co founder of Padz Plumbing in Melbourne specializing in all facets of commercial industrial and domestic plumbing & air-conditioning, however Pat always had a vision of returning to this region.
Fast forward to today and Pat is the successful owner/operator of his own business, right here on the border, Impact Plumbing & Refrigeration.
Pat’s been overwhelmed by the support of the Albury Wodonga community.
Georgia acquired her expertise in management, customer relations, finance and accounting during six years in the banking industry.
Georgia was instrumental in supporting the growth of Pat’s Melbourne based plumbing and refrigeration business as Office Manager.
Returning to North East Victoria with Pat and their little family in 2017, Georgia has played a key role in the launch and growth of Impact Plumbing and Refrigeration.
Aside from running a very successful business, Georgia has her hands full looking after her boys – Pat & three sons, Toby, Angus & Lenny. She’s the first to admit “It’s a very hectic life, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. I just love what we do.”
“We’ve been extremely grateful for the work we receive from the Border business and community which has allowed us to expand the business and grow our team. We thank all our customers for putting their faith and belief in us.”
Zac is best summed up as the “Plumber’s Plumber” because his knowledge of the industry is second to none.
Zac’s a registered plumber & oversees Impact Plumbing’s major maintenance contracts. Away from his busy schedule Zac loves nothing better than relaxing with a frothy while camping & fishing.
Self-confessed “Legend Plumber,” Shaun (or Richo as he’s affectionately known) began a Plumbing Apprenticeship in Wodonga after moving from his hometown of Coober Pedy (back in the day).
Richo has since served more than 39 years in the Commercial & Domestic Plumbing Industry in a highly successful business of his own.
Shaun has joined the Impact Plumbing and Refrigeration Team on a part time basis, whilst still operating his own business. Shaun brings with him, many years’ worth of knowledge and skills and specialises in all things Sanitary, Drainage and Brand New Builds.
Mitch is a registered plumber who really enjoys the challenge of what each day brings. He’s described by his peers as the quiet achiever who gets in there and does his job professionally.
Away from work you’ll find Mitch exploring the countryside, camping & fishing.
Jimmy or sometimes referred to as ‘ big soxy’ is a registered plumber with a heart of gold who strives to put a smile on your dial whenever he’s chatting to you.
Jimmy is a wealth of knowledge and loves the maintenance side of plumbing. Jimmy is first to lend a helping hand to anyone who needs it. On weekends he enjoys playing footy & camping.
Logan is now into his fourth and final year of his plumbing apprenticeship. He was Impact’s first employee and we’re proud of how he’s stepped up as a young man capable of any plumbing challenge that presents itself.
Logan is a sucker for the odd punt on the ponies and can be spotted on occasion at the Howlong pub.
Maxy is a third year plumbing apprentice and always has a smile on his face. His peers will tell you he is a natural born plumber who lives and breathes the industry.
Fun Fact! Maxy is a twin. On winter weekends you’ll find Maxy trying to get a kick with Mitta United.
Aaron is our quiet achiever and first year apprentice plumber. Aaron is a hard worker, who comes from a farming background. When he’s not plumbing, he’s taking “holidays” to help his family out with harvest.
Outside of work, he enjoys a kick of the footy or kicking back with a beer.
Taliah is Impact Plumbing’s Director of first impressions. Talz’s – ‘Can Do’ approach to her work has seen her become a real asset for the company.
On her down time she loves to spend every moment with her adorable puppy Finn. Talz is also a Collingwood supporter, but don’t hold that against her.
Kayla ‘KB’ Brown is the newest member of the Impact office crew. Kayla’s experience comes from an extensive background in property management, making her a great fit for our team. Her ability to build and maintain relationships with both landords and tenants; and ability to keep all parties up to date are second to none!
Kayla lives for summer – spending most of her time on the water with her family & friends. If she turns down a quality fettuccine carbonara and a froffy, you know she must be sick!
‘Weesa’ is our part-time party! She works along side the office team twice a week, helping out with administration and design bits ‘n’ pieces. Fun fact! Lisa also has a double degree in photography and graphic design.
In her down time, she can be found on the netty court, at the gym, or hanging out on her farm with her partner Jake and her goldie Benj.
